
How to Make a Flax Egg:
Step 1: Take 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds combined with one tablespoon of water.
Step 2: Mix them in the grinder by adding water. Let it rest for 5 mins

Step 1: In a large bowl, beat the butter with brown sugar and white sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy
Step 2: Add the flax egg and vanilla essence
Step 3: Follow by adding flour, baking soda, and cornflour. Mix well
Step 4: Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk if the dough is too dry. Refrigerate the cookie dough for 30 minutes. Make dough balls.
Step 5: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Insert tray with butter paper on top
Step 6: Transfer the dough balls to the baking tray
Step 7: Press them lightly with your fingers. Break Pickwick ChocStix into tiny bite-size pieces and insert them on the top center along with few choco chips
Step 8: Bake the cookies at 180°C for 10 minutes, until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.
