You might experience a slight delay in dispatch if orders are placed during festive seasons, offers or sales period or if there are hindrances due to Covid-19 guidelines. We request you to cooperate with us for the same.
Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will be dispatched within 48-72 hours from the next working day.
Pickwick reserves the right to provide free shipping offers for predetermined minimum order values that it will communicate from time to time on its website. A non-refundable charge of Rs. 100/- will be applied to all orders below the set minimum order value of the offer.
Products will need to be signed upon If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.
We take no responsibility for products signed by an alternative person.
In case the goods are damaged at our end or are lost in transit by us, the whole order amount including the delivery charges will be refunded by us. This will take 1-3 weeks for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
All claims for wrong products or damages must be reported at email@example.com on the same day of delivery. PICKWICK is not responsible for damage after delivery.
