Return and Refund Policy
Introduction
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
– The item was purchased from Pickwick.
– The return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
– The item is in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
– The item includes all accessories, tags, and documentation.
– Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of consumable products, the following items are not eligible for returns:
– Items that have been opened or used.
– Perishable goods that have been partially consumed.
– Products with tampered or broken seals.
– Sale or clearance items.
– Customized or personalized products.
– Items purchased during special promotional events.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@pickwick.in with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photographs or evidence if applicable. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return authorization number.
Step 2: Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
– Please use a reliable and trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
– Clearly mark the return authorization number on the package.
Step 3: Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.
Refunds
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of return approval. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be processed back to the card used for the original transaction. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account via NEFT.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Exchanges
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:
– Check your bank account again.
– Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
