Pickwick Icecream Waffle Sandwich

How to make:
Pickwick chocolate wafer biscuits
-1 cup whipping cream
-1/2 cup condensed milk
-2 tablespoons sugar
Pickwick chocolate waffles
Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
Step 1 : Take a pack of Pickwick chocolate wafer biscuits.
Crush them into small pieces and set aside.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of whipping cream.
Use a blender to whip the cream.
Step 3 : To the whipped cream, add 1/2 cup of condensed milk.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Combine it well together.
Step 4 : Transfer it to a container.
Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.
Step 5 : Take Pickwick chocolate waffles.
Add one scoop of the wafer biscuit ice cream on top of the waffle.
Place another chocolate waffle on top of the ice cream
Step 6 : Drizzle chocolate sauce over it and enjoy your Icecream waffle sandwich.
